Julie Ftacek is a REALTOR® at Parks who works with buyers, sellers, and investors to find their ideal property in Middle Tennessee. 

Julie was a lifelong resident of Illinois until her family relocated to Tennessee in 2019. Julie and her husband have always loved the Nashville area and it was their dream to live here. After extensive research of Middle Tennessee and what amenities different areas provided, her family found the perfect place to call home in Arrington, TN. She would love the opportunity to do the same for you!

Julie believes her honesty, integrity, focus, dedication, and hard work ethic make her an excellent resource in the real estate industry. She strives to provide exceptional care and service to her clients in every aspect of the home buying and selling process. It is one of the biggest personal and financial decisions a person can make, and Julie takes her role very seriously. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education, both from Illinois State University. She also earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Northern Illinois University. She worked as a special education teacher and counselor for years until her third child was born, at which time she decided to use her training and professional experiences in helping others improve their health and wellness by becoming a certified personal trainer and Life Skills Coach. Her background in these fields demonstrate her focus and dedication to serving others, advocating for them, and assisting them in improving their quality of life. Julie uses her strong communication and problem-solving skills to identify a client’s needs and works with them to develop a clear, organized plan for success. This is crucial in order to accomplish a client’s goal of finding or selling a property.

Julie has been married to her husband, Jeremy, for 22 years. They have three children who are active in baseball, lacrosse, and gymnastics. In her free time, Julie enjoys fitness, travel, home decorating, country music, and all things Nashville.
